TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice regarding the process of leaving Thailand with a Non-Immigrant O visa and multiple entry re-entry permit. They expressed concerns about the validity of their visa, which is set to expire on September 28, 2021, and what checks they need to complete at the airport as they fly out to the USA.

Hopefully your planning to be gone awhile as you won't be able to reenter without a coe for the near future, unless rules change to allow retirees to enter.

Please check your dates or show us a picture, a visa that valid for more then 13 months does not make any sense,

Okay, I guess it is a big stamp from the Immigration office with the text Extension of Stay permitted up to 28 Mar 2021 and next to that a rectangle stamp with Re-Entry Permit valid until 28 Mar 2021.

You can leave the country and on return you would get a new stamp Admitted until 28 Mar 2021.

Be aware that at the moment there are restrictions to enter Thailand and this re-entry permit does not give you any privileges

thank you Robert. Yes I’m aware of the limitations and restrictions at this time.

So I just stamp out as normal...?
