TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for your first renewal of a retirement extension in Thailand, a TM30 form is required. Since you are submitting a new application for a one-year Extension of Stay, you will need to provide all necessary documents, including proof of your registered address.

You're going to apply for a new 1 year Extension of Stay and all documents are needed. New application - new documents. So yes, you need a copy of proof that you have a registered address.

@Ray *******
, there is no "renewal' application. You apply for a new one-year extension every time.

as of right now, there is no online appointment system. It’s first come, first serve.
