Is a TM30 required for the first retirement extension renewal in Thailand?
Hi I'm going to CW to do my first "renewal"retirement extension next week.Is a TM30 needed? I seem to recall it was for my first extension.Many thanks.

You're going to apply for a new 1 year Extension of Stay and all documents are needed. New application - new documents. So yes, you need a copy of proof that you have a registered address.

OPThanks Robert..its my first renewal so its still considered the same as a new application? Also can I book an appointment or its a just a turn up and wait situation.The only booking address I can find does not open anymore.Thanks.
