TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for your first renewal of a retirement extension in Thailand, a TM30 form is required. Since you are submitting a new application for a one-year Extension of Stay, you will need to provide all necessary documents, including proof of your registered address.
NON-O RETIREMENT VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
Go to the Retirement Visa Section for information on requirements, including age restrictions, financial requirements, and necessary documentation.
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
Explore recent discussions by using the Non-O Retirement Visa tag in the search box at the top of the page.
You're going to apply for a new 1 year Extension of Stay and all documents are needed. New application - new documents. So yes, you need a copy of proof that you have a registered address.
