Time for my yearly extension based on retirement at Jomtien. Last year they asked for a letter from the receptionist at the condo I live in for the first time even though I bought it 11 years ago and have lived in it since. No major drama but has anybody renewed there in the last fortnight and had any new requirements sprung on them?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual seeking a yearly visa extension based on retirement in Jomtien shares an experience regarding new requirements, particularly a letter from their condo's receptionist that was requested for the first time despite having resided there for 11 years. They inquire if others have faced any new requirements recently. Commenters advise on necessary documentation such as the TM30 filing, lease copies, and suggest resources for updates on visa processes.

Make sure you or where you stayed filed a TM30 and have a receipt of it, have a copy of your lease, and then the "normal documentation" you always need
I always go with more paperwork than required, even taking the short lived 'Alien Information form' with me but I wasn't expecting the need for a letter from the receptionist, that threw me.
