A little confused by the wording on the embassy website so going to ask here.

For a toursit visa, do I need 6 months worth of bank statements or a single bank statement within the last 6 months?

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The requirements for bank statements for a Thailand tourist visa can vary. Some users reported that the embassy required each month's statement for the last six months, while others were accepted with only one or three months of statements. It also appears that some embassies might accept a single statement summarizing the last six months of income.

I've just rec'd my TR evisa from London with a single June Bank Statement. Took 36 hours from applying...

I provided 1 month and they granted a tourist visa.

If the bank can provide a single statement with the last 6 months income that would be more than enough

maybe say where you are doing it ? You might find someone that has the information from that embassy

yeah, hard to know which is correct. 6 months worth of statements for a 60 day toursit visa is insane.

I agree. Never used to ask for anything like that. I used to get 6 month tourist visa and it was a very simple thing to apply for. They never asked for bank statements.

are you 100% sure on that?

absolutely. I actually only provided a week for a Non O 7 weeks ago and I got approved. It's impossible to upload 6 months of bank statements to the evisa application

this visa application is in person but yeah I understand you. 6 months seems excessive, the wording on the website is quite vague.

then if it's in person that may be a different matter and you may have to print the requested documents

Usually need each month's statement for the previous 6 months
