Hi! I have a one year work permit valid thru December 2018. I also have non b visa valid until 12 June. I finish work around 26 May and have a flight out 5 June. My employer need to cancel the work permit as soon as I finish on 26 May. My question is, am I able to stay legally from 26 May until I leave 5 June? Any accurate advise will be well appreciated, thanks in advance!๐๐ผ

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the legality of staying in Thailand after their work permit is canceled on 26 May, while holding a Non-B visa valid until 12 June, and with a flight scheduled for 5 June. Comments clarify that as long as the Non-B visa is valid, the user can remain in Thailand until the visa's expiration.
, gave you the two scenarios depending on IF you're on a Non-B visa from a thai consulate (where you leave the country every 90 days) or whether you're on a yearly extension of stay you got from the immigration office
Thanks Tod. As I wrote above it was a three month visa from Penang. According to the lawyer itโs all good but I just wanted a valued second opinion. Thanks so much for taking the time to reply๐๐ผ
You could be incorrect, :/ You have no way of knowing if the O/P is on a real Non-B visa from a thai consulate OR on a yearly extension of stay from the immigration office.
If you have the Non B Visa (sticker from Embassy) than you can stay till the last day of Admitted to Stay period. If you have an Extension of Stay from Immigration Office (stamp) than you have to cancel this the same day you cancel your work permit.
