Do anyone has experience with passport renewal  under title of DTV? I got DTV with old passport number and stayed at Thai 3months. I needed to renew my passport and went back to my hometown and got new passport. If I come back to thailand, Can my dtv visa carry to new one? What can happen to my DTV?

Please suggest me.

immigration normally only can transfer stamps for the current stay, so I think transfer of the visa as issued by MFA is not possible. Just carry both passports for the rest of the period. Maybe just realize this inconveniancy before and first get new passport before getting visa with long validity, because some embassies also limit validity to passport end date in rare cases. I think I saw such posted from Malaysia some time.

For starters, bring both the old passport (do you still have it, even if it's void?) and the new one, along the visa (sticker or PDF print). They'll sort it out either at the airport or at an Immigration office.
