You have a copy of the DTV stamp?
There are twp options:
IF you applied BEfORE the on-line system went active you got a sticker in your passport OR when used the on-line system you got an e-mail.
BOTH can NOT be transferred to new passports.
You can come to Thailand with your NEW passport, print out of the DTV, new TDAC and hand this all over to the Immigration Officer.
You lost your passport, BUT the Royal Thai Police Immigration Bureau did NOT loose your fingerprints, facial recognition, dob, name, gender, nationality, date of previous entries and exits, visa used and above all the need to read the microchip in your new passport with lots of details.
The search option will all match the details and you get a new stamp in your new passport with a maximum of 180 day stay.
Please check the stamp before leaving the airport.
For those who believe that Immigration has no records and are NOT able to do this, please print out this form, fill it in and visit your local Immigration Office,
