TLDR : Answer Summary
When you change to a new passport in Thailand, you need to go to the immigration office to link your DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) to your new passport. Bring both your old and new passports; immigration will log the details in their system and transfer the visa details without any cost. It generally takes around 45 minutes. It's important to note that you should carry both passports when traveling, as some locations may not guarantee a transfer of the visa stamp.

You can try your immigration office. But there's no guarantee they'll do it.
