I have a question. I want to comes in January to Thailand. Stay about 28 days. Than, i go to Laos. Stay there 2 weeks. Travelling there. Get a visum stamp at the border in Vienteane. For 30 days. That is not a problem. Afther 15 days in Laos, i entry the border from Thailand at Vienteane. And needs a entry stamp for 30 days in Thailand. From the immigration officer. This is my plan. It,s the first time in my life that i go over the border and ask a stamp to entry again Thailand. I visited Thailand many times. Allways on time back out of Thailand. Thanks your advise .Ivo .

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user plans to visit Thailand for 28 days, then travel to Laos for 2 weeks, before returning to Thailand. There are concerns regarding the possibility of being denied re-entry based on past travel history and the use of the Visa Exemption system, which is intended for short-term tourists.

Check the Thailand Embassy website again some weeks before departure.

It sounds like you have a solid history of visiting Thailand using the Visa Exempt entry. If so, Immigration may consider that you are abusing the system which is intended for sshort term tourism. You may get denied entry unless you arrive with a long term visa suited to the reson for staying in Thailand.

i visited Thailand 2 times a year. One time whit a tourist visum . Other 5 times visa free entry. But, allways on time, and never a extension.

I have airplane tickets and hotel reservations . I am a good tourist for Thailand , i think. So, the first extension in 3 years will be refused??????????

You are not getting an extension. Your are arriving without a visa (or extension) and expecting to get a "Visa Exempt" stamp which is intended for tourist who visit Thailand for a short stay (usually interpreted as 90 days or less. Based on your history of visits to Thailand, Immigration could rightly decide that you are no longer a tourist and refuse to give you the stamkp, effectively denying you entry. If you want to spend more time inThailand without being denied entry you need to get a visa.

, if they not give a stamp at the border in Vienteane, i stay in Laos, and fly from Laos to Bangkok, and there my ticket to Spain back.

thai immigration is way stricter atm then the last years. normally your plan shouldn't be any problem. but like paul is saying atm your travel history COULD lead to further questions at the border and there is (like always) a chance that they will reject u

Depending on your passport country you might get 60 days on each visa exemption stamp.

So not a problem at all
