Hi. I have been on non-o single marriage visas for 2 years. Can I enter on visa exempt this time? As I am tired of traveling to the same place and waiting for a visa there. Or better not? As per the new rule I can do it twice a year. But as I am married to a Thai and have been on non-o few years now will they start asking a million questions why I didn't do the non-o visa and will tell me to return with a non-o visa?

They are concerned about being questioned at entry, especially since they have been on a NON-O visa for several years, and seek advice on whether this approach is advisable given the new rules allowing two visa-exempt entries per year.

If you are successful entering visa exempt what is your plan for the rest of the year? I'm not sure you would be successful with your history but I've not come across this before
How long do you want to stay each time? Sorry if I missed it but it's not clear to me. How long does your non O single entry cover you for? Is it not possible to enter on a 60day visa exempt and get a 30 day extension?
I was questioned when trying to enter visa exempt after several non o visas, visiting Thai family. They eventually did let me in, with the warning to get the proper visa next entry. This was at CNX. All depends on the IO on the day, I suppose.
well "not a lot" that is really subjective and depends who you ask. For Elon Musk $10 million is "not a lot" as he can make it in 5 minutes. In general $
