Is it possible to get for me and my partner( we do live together, but not married &having a common baby) a DTV if only I have a bank account that has more than a million thb in it?

They would not open a bank account to my partner

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about obtaining a DTV visa in Thailand for both the poster and their partner, who are not married but have a common child. It is clarified in the comments that both individuals must apply separately and demonstrate their own financial capability, each requiring a bank account with at least 500,000 THB. Since they are not legally married, traditional sponsorship options are also limited.

Both you and her have to do two separate applications and two individual bank accounts. Dependants require a marriage certificate. Only then can you sponsor her using your bank account (in some embassies)

Officially not married so not a spouse. So both of you would need a separate application and qualify on their own.

I don't quite understand your comment on the bank account either... The bank account doesn't need to be in Thailand. Your partner couldn't open a bank in their home country or other country where you are?

Either way, to qualify each applicant has to be able to show a bank account in their name with 500k baht. Supposedly some say there is a way for a "sponsor letter" but haven't seen any reports of it actually being done

That's your girlfriend, not "spouse"

Ohh so sad having a common baby 😢

If you are not married she is not your spouse. She would have to apply for her own visa and show her own funds
