I’ve just been searching advice at an agent here in Thailand. She told me there is no need to add/apply kids under 14 yo on/for DTV (as dependents) Any thoughts on that ..?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A query was raised regarding the necessity of listing children under 14 years old as dependents on the DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) application in Thailand. Responses indicated that while children can enter the country without being listed as dependents, it is still advisable to obtain proper compliant visas for them. Discussions stressed that although children under 15 may not face fines for overstaying, it is still important to adhere to the legal entry requirements. Thus, it's better for children to have their own dependent visas.
While children under 15 can't be fined and under 17 can't be banned for overstay, it's still the law that you need to enter on a Visa. It doesn't have to be the same Visa as the parents.
