Just found out the immigration offices are closed on Monday the 26th of February. So I will have to go on Tuesday the 27th. That is a day. My visa ends for the 30 day entry. Will it still be okay to go on that 30th day?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about visiting the immigration office on the last day of their 30-day visa entry to apply for an extension, as the office is closed on the previous Monday. Responses confirm that it is generally acceptable to apply for an extension on the final day of the visa but advise arriving early due to potential crowds. Additional advice mentions the benefit of applying for a 60-day visa in advance to avoid complications.

For future reference, if you go for your extension weeks before initial expiry date, you don't lose any days.
The extra 30 days are added to your *existing* due date. So, if your due date is 1st June you still get a new due date of 31st June - no matter how long before your due date you go apply for your extension.

Why more UK residents don't apply for a 60 day visa in the comfort of their home if they might stay beyond 30 days is crazy. Takes an hour to apply (once you've done it before) costs £30 and comes back within a week. Saves so much potential aggro unless queuing in an immigration office for hours might be fun.

Better bring your toothbrush when you go!!! Incarcerate and then deport!!!!
Thank you so much for all the advice. If there's any problems I get a evening flight out of BKK but won't book anything on internet until I know. Anyway, thanks guys.

You’ll just have to be very patient, as it will be crowded, that’s all. Depending on where you are getting your extension it can be many hours. In bangkok people queueing up from 6am….

Would have done if I'd known but was changing from hotel to a apartment and the lady only gave me the paper work last night. Which didn't worry me as I was going to go Monday but only found out a couple of hours ago that their closed
your advice works for every office apartment from Jomtien. The Jomtien office only accept 30 day extensions to visa exemptions in the final week of your stay.
