Hi guys! I'm coming to Phuket on September 21st with the sandbox, and I would like to know if it is possible to get the visa for 45 days once I'm there and then extend it to the immigration office for others 45 days ? I already booked my flight back to Italy in December tho, would they make me any problems if I get the visa for 45 days but my flight back is in December?

But even if I get if from Italy for 60 days and then in Phuket I extend it for 30 days, still I have the flight back on December 17th, wouldn't at the airport at my arrival make me any problems?

You can not get any kind of tourist visa inside Thailand. You can only get a 30day extension on whichever tourist visa you come in on, and only once.

The extension is for 30 days not 45 days. To be sure you are better getting the tourist visa for 60 days from your local embassy giving you a total of 90 days (60 + 30)
