Can I file a TM30 notification for my tourist visa in Thailand if my name is not on the lease?

This way work for all type of Visa?

I am in tourist visa and have a french Passport.

The lease is under my French boyfriend name. This is no my name on it.

He has a work permit.

Can I fill the TM30 by myself and go to Chaengwattana alone within 24 hours to notify my address?

May be I should have with me a copy of my boyfriend passport and work permit and also an invite letter from him that I live in his house during my stay ?

I am asking for my next tourist visa plan in august and I will extend it, so I know they will ask me for TM30.
