I have Marriaged Visa that is valid for 3 months. Its time to get a new stamp for 3 months. Can I just go to immigration and get a stamp without any problems? Do I need show money inside bank? I already have the Visa.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about renewing their marriage visa in Thailand, which is valid for 3 months. They want to know if they can simply go to immigration for a new stamp or if there are additional requirements such as proof of funds in their bank account. Comments indicate that standard procedure does not allow for a 3-month extension; typically, extensions can only be done yearly, requiring proof of 400,000 baht in a bank account for at least 2 months prior to application. Alternatively, a 60-day extension might be possible by visiting family, without the financial documentation.

Do I need to have pictures with me or is it enough with only the passport? Do I need paper from my wifes house?

if you are getting the 60 day extension at the immigration office you need the marriage certificates, your wifes house book listing, her thai i/d card and your passport with a passport sized photo.

Do you have a multiple entry visa? If so you need to leave Thailand stamp into another country then come back.

FYI if you have a multi-entry visa you can also extend each 90 day entry by 60 days at your local immigration shop for 1900 baht.

@Tap***
, also watch the "enter before" date on the visa itself. As long as you enter the country on or before that date you'll get 90 more days. (y)

, if you have a year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa that you got at a thai consulate it will have an M under number of entries. On that visa you exit/re-enter the country to get another 90 days, you cannot get another 90 days at the immigration office.

They don't do 3 month extensions.:/

They only do yearly extensions and you'd need to show 400K baht in the bank for 2 months before you apply for the extension OR you'd show a letter from your consulate stating you get 40K baht a month in income from abroad.

You could get a 60 day extension based on visiting family without showing any financial requirements but that's it.
