Hello! My marriage visa expires on the 11TH of June I want to renew it for another year, What's required(Expect 400k inside bank for 2-3 months, Is it 2 or 3?), How long does the process take, Am I able to leave Thailand during the process on the 13th?
TLDR : Answer Summary
To renew your Thailand marriage visa, you need to show at least 400,000 THB in a Thai bank account under your name for 2 months prior to your visa application. You can either use bank statements or provide proof of a minimum income of 40,000 THB per month. The renewal process will take some time, and once you apply, you will receive a 30-day stamp allowing you to stay while your application is under consideration. If you wish to leave Thailand during this 30-day period, you must purchase a re-entry permit. Note that this re-entry permit is only valid for the duration of the 30 days, and the renewal of your visa is a yearly process that requires submitting updated documents annually.
