I am currently on a multi non O and I want to make a year extension, my visa has already expired and my entry stamp finishes in March, but the 400k would have only been in the bank for a month and half. Will I be able to get a 60 day extension so that the money will have been in the bank for 2 months or would I have to go to Laos and get another non o based on being married to a Thai.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on the possibility of obtaining a 60-day extension on their multi non O visa, which has already expired, in order to meet the requirement of keeping 400,000 THB in a Thai bank account for at least two months before applying for a one-year extension. Comments suggest that applying for the 60-day extension is feasible, allowing the user to meet the bank requirements.

You should be just fine with the plan Robert has outlined. Good Luck.

If you did not apply for this 60 day Extension of Stay using this visa, you can apply for this Extension of Stay and use that time to get the at least 2 months seasoning of the money in a Thai bank account on your name.

I haven't had a 60 day extension for over a year so I should be ok then. Thanks a lot.
