as a holder of a non-O annual visa, I need to report for 90 days... Can I do this at any immigration office in Thailand?
Thank you!
Answer summary
As a holder of a Non-O visa in Thailand, you must report your 90-day stay at the immigration office that corresponds to your registered TM30 address. You can do this in person 15 days before and up to 7 days after your due date to avoid fees. After your first check-in, which is typically required to be done in person, subsequent reports may be completed online. If there are any returns from holidays, it may depend on changes to your TM30 registration.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here – as there's no such thing as a "Non-O annual visa" – and say you have a 1 year extension of stay.
Your 90 day report has to be done at the Immigration office that serves the area where your address is registered (by Tm30)
Keith Nigel Fox What about when you come up to 1 year on from getting a retirement visa, I've been told you need to go back and start again each year, and also been told only need to do the first visit after 90 days and then it's online even after the year is up.
You’ll need to register at your local immigration where your TM.30 address registration is registered. First time in person 15 days prior to and 7 days after due date to avoid any fee. Second time you might do it electronically.
