Good morning.
I beg your advise for my following question:
I am in Thailand on base of an Non-O (retirement) Visa since September. My permit of stay is granted until the 8th of December. In 2weeks i will do my application for extension of stay for 1 year combined with an application for a multiple RE-entry permit. All Paperwork (incl. copy of TM30) is already done and no questions about this!
But i am not sure if i have to do also my initial 90 day report this day (within the 15 days before) or will the 90 days begin with the approval date of the extension of stay? Thank you so much!
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, currently in Thailand on a Non-O (retirement) visa with a stay permit until December 8, is preparing to apply for a one-year extension and a multiple re-entry permit. They seek clarification on whether they need to complete their initial 90-day reporting prior to this application. A comment advises that the 90-day reporting begins only after receiving the first yearly extension.
