Hello I entered in Thailand with an OA multiple entry visa (valid until oct 14 2021) on nov 6 2020 (stamped until nov 5 2021) and left the country on May 31. Assuming I have the insurance covering me for one year I would be stamped for one year if I come back before oct 14 (which is my intention). Let’s assume I would be stamped until oct 13, 2022. What happens if I leave the country and come back let’s say in June. Is oct 13 2022 still valid ? Thanks !
TLDR : Answer Summary
The OA multiple entry visa allows for unlimited entries until its expiration, granting a stay of up to one year upon each entry as long as you maintain the necessary health insurance policy. If you leave Thailand and return before the expiry date of October 14, 2021, you would still be eligible for a stamp valid until October 13, 2022. However, it is crucial to have a re-entry permit if you plan to leave again during the second year of your visa.
