What is the latest date I can enter Thailand 🇹🇭  with this visa ? Is it November 15th on the visa or November 28th on the stamp ?

You will have to have proof of one year OA compliant insurance in the amount of 3 million Thai baht and which includes medical costs coverage for COVID to obtain the second year of stamped in stay in Thailand from arrival date.

And as of October 1st ...you can use any insurance which meets the OA visa requirement for initial issue or its extension.

If using an insurer outside of Thailand you must have them complete the new Foreign Insurance Certificate.

Do you now need the 3 million baht insurance for renewal of the OA visa and not the 400,000 baht ?

I know what the rules say...but ask your Thai immigration office what their requirements are for the OA extension.

15 November 2021 is the last day you can enter Thailand.

The OA visa is valid for ONE year from issue.

and if you enter on that extension with a re-entry permit (pre-purchased), you can stay until 28 Nov 2021...
