Can I complete my 90-day report with a new passport if my visa hasn't been transferred yet, and can I extend my ED visa while delayed in reporting?

Hello,

got a new passport and my old got cut and invalid stamp already.

But I still need to do 90 days report as I forgot it to do a while ago.

Is it possible to do my 90 days report with my new passport even though I haven't transfered the visa yet to my new passport yet?

Or need to transfer visa first?

Another question: Can I transfer and get visa extension (ED- int. Student) while I'm in delay doing my 90 days report?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about completing their 90-day report with a new passport despite not having transferred their visa, and whether they can also apply for an ED visa extension while being late on the report. A commenter advises that the user needs to transfer their visa, complete the 90-day report, and apply for the extension simultaneously, mentioning the possibility of incurring a fine for late reporting.

you need to go get your stamps transferred, do your 90 day report and you can apply for an extension all at once.

You're going to get a 2000baht fine for failure to file a 90 day report on time.

Check with your immigration office to see what order they want you to do the sequence in
