This is not the visa related question but I have the situation with my 90 days report and would love to get some suggestions. I just found out that my 90 days report was due on 2nd April so if I add up 7 days, 9th April would be the last day to update that. But my passport is currently with the Malaysia embassy for visa application and I can collect back on Friday. In this case, what would be the best for me to do? Tysm!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has a situation with their 90-day report in Thailand, as they missed the due date of April 2nd. Their passport is currently with the Malaysian embassy for a visa application, and they can collect it back on Friday. Community responses suggest options such as reporting online using the passport number, being aware that fines for late reports are the same regardless of the delay duration, and that it’s possible to file the 90-day report without the physical passport if necessary.

I have done 90 day report without my passport. Explain why you do not have it. Possibly you have a copy that will be just as good. If done online no passport needed either.

Don't think you'll be picking up your passport on Friday . It's a holiday. Maybe 17th? But don't worry about it. Sort it out if they notice. It's 2000thb fine.

500 Baht for each day, max. 20,000.—.

if you say so. But I think you're getting your overstay fines and failing to report fines mixed up

Oh yes, that‘s possible. Thank you.

At this point you'll just have to pay the fine for missing it. But I wouldn't be in any hurry to do so because the fine is the same if it's 8 days late or 8 months late. So at this point just forget about doing 90 day reports until your next extension.

As long as you have passport number do online

You cannot report "late" online
