Hi,
I have couple of questions regarding my Non B renewal, with a new passport.
I have to renew my visa before January 19th. Its linked to a work permit witch will expire in October 2019. We do everything by our self, we don't use any agent/agency.
- I have a new passport, my old passport validity was January 19th, 2019.
Do i really have to transfer my (soon old) non B to the new passport ? or can i go renew my visa without transfering the old non B to the new passport.
- I didnt do my 90 days report since a while ... will it be a problem for the non B renewal ? in case it will be a problem, where should i go to fix this ?
Thanks in advance.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on two main points regarding the renewal of their Non-B visa due to a new passport. They are unsure if they need to transfer their existing Non-B visa to the new passport or if they can renew directly without the transfer. Additionally, they are concerned about the implications of having missed their 90-day reporting requirement, particularly if it will hinder their visa renewal process.
