Hello,

Is it possible to do the 90 Days Report by mail when you got a new passport (because ran out of pages)?

I already got an extension of stay on my new passport and everything was transferred, but I saw a specific warning about online reporting not being able to proceed if you got a new passport, so I'm wondering if the same applies when trying to mail it in.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about submitting the 90 Days Report by mail after obtaining a new passport due to running out of pages. They mention having received an extension of stay on their new passport and are unsure if mailing the report is permissible after receiving a new passport, especially since there are warnings about online reporting not proceeding in such cases. A commenter suggests that if local immigration accepts mail reporting and the user is within the correct time frame, it might be possible, but also advises attempting the online report if eligible.

If your local immigration office accepts a 90days report by legacy mail and if you are in the window of reporting by mail (earlier than the online reporting window), you can do it.

But as you already applied for your extension on your new passport AFTER you transferred stamps to your new passport, why not try to do it online if you are in the window of online reporting.

At the most immigration office, if you are in the period of that you can do 90days reporting online, that means you are too late to send the report by EMS.

You shouldn't have any problem sending 90days report by EMS.

Thanks for your reply. My immigration office is in Bangkok and the extension and transfer was done at the same time (not sure if that makes any difference).

Anyway, right now I am still on the window for mail report as it's around 17 days until my due date. My question was only to know if there's going to be any problem to do so after changing passport, as I would like if possible to avoid the trip to the offices.
