TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently on a tourist visa set to expire on March 19 after receiving a COVID extension and plans to switch to an ED visa. They are uncertain about the 90-day reporting requirement. A comment clarifies that the user will need to submit a 90-day report only if they remain in Thailand beyond April 19, and there’s no immediate action required regarding the 90-day report until then.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES

You will submit a 90days report IF you keep staying in Thailand still on 19 April. Check again when you apply for a new in-country visa. You don't have to do anything regarding the 90days report until then.
that is the site but you cannot use it to report the FIRST time. <- and that paper in your passport means it IS your first time. So you will go to the MTT immigration office and file a 90 day report IF you're still here when that date comes around
Depends on the immigration office. I would ask Muang Thong Thani Counter A (where the 90 day reports to processed) to confirm. after you get your ED visa.
April 19 is the due date for your 90 day report. You can do it on line and pretty painless. You can do it afew days before and up to a few days after due date (I thingk 15 before and 7 days after, someone will correct me soon)
