Can I extend my visa after submitting my 90-day report in Thailand?

Hello admins, my ED-visa expired on March 26 and my 90-day report due on March 18.

Because online system is down, I'll need to go to MTT for the 90-day report. Is it possible to do it after I extended my visa in Chaengwattana? Or do I have to have my 90-day report sorted out first before applying for visa extension? I can't afford to go back and forth between these two immigrations should a problem arise. Thank you in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the procedure for filing a 90-day report after their ED visa expired and before applying for a visa extension. They express concern about the online system being down and the need to visit immigration offices, wishing to know if the 90-day report must be completed before the visa extension.

You can do the 90 day report via Thai post if you don’t want to go out there, but need to make sure you have enough days before it’s due
