Hi everyone,

Iโ€™m pretty new to this so please excusey ignorance on it all but wondering if anyone has experience in applying with a dependant?

My partner and I currently live in Australia and although we are not married, have a legally registered relationship and share a partner visa here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation revolves around the question of applying for a Thai visa while having a legally registered relationship without marriage. The consensus from the comments suggests that Thailand only recognizes legal marriages for visa purposes, implying that without marriage, one may not qualify as a dependant.
