How can I apply for a 'Non O' visa based on dependents for my Thai kids?

I'm trying to apply for a 'Non o' visa (90 days) based on dependants. ( I have Thai kids) .

But I can't seem to find, that pacific visa on the Thai evisa site, on my mobile.

Can anybody point me in the right direction.

I got the same visa last year just had to upload documents.

I've just applied for and got the same visa. Applied late on a Friday afternoon and it was granted on Wednesday. Very good service.
