Hi I’m sorry if this is a silly question..

My husband has been offered a job in Phuket and we are looking to relocate there in March.

We are both European and he will have some sort of working visa that his work will take care of.

Does anyone know if I can be considered in his visa?

I can’t seem to find clear information online.

Thanks in advance 🙏

TLDR : Answer Summary
A spouse can typically accompany their partner on a working visa in Thailand, such as the NON-B visa. However, it's important to check with the husband's employer to ensure they allow this arrangement and to confirm the necessary procedures.

can I message you? I have a quick question please.

If your husband has a Non B visa you can piggyback off the back of that. It will take some liaison with your husband’s employer to confirm that they will allow and stuff.

. Also be aware that if he ends his employment on that visa, both his and your visa will be cancelled on the last day of work, and you will both be given 7 days to leave unless you find an alternative way to stay. Your visa is dependant on his B visa remaining active in this situation.

thanks Steven, I assumed that would be the case as it’s only fair whilst being on a work visa, makes sense ☺️

. I also believe that you can't apply for your(accompany spouse) visa until his is processed. If the company won't assist or provide a visa for him,DONT take the job. They are integral in obtaining the visa, if they suggest coming in on a different visa first, refuse.
