to;dr dependent spouse entering Thailand later and not sure how this affects the visa process
My friend has a wife here with NonB visa and will have the work permit soon. He is looking to join her in Thailand on a dependent visa. The employer says no problem about the dependent visa, but is unsure if they can do it due to not traveling together. Anyone has experience with this?
TLDR : Answer Summary
A dependent spouse can apply for a Non-O visa in Thailand even if they are entering the country separately from the primary visa holder (who holds a Non-B visa). As long as the primary visa holder has a valid visa and meets all other requirements, the dependent spouse can proceed with the application.
