A spouse visa generally refers to a foreigner married to a Thai citizen. If you are married to a foreigner working in Thailand, you may need to apply for a Dependent/Family Visa instead. This can be done by applying for a Non-O Dependent Visa either from outside Thailand (valid for 90 days) or by converting your status upon arrival using Form TM86, which can be subsequently extended for one year.
