Good morning all.

I'm visiting my wife in thailand end of June for a month. I was there for 2 months in the beginning of the year.

We are thinking of me staying there with a spouse visa as my wife is working in Thailand.

Any advice anyone can give me please.

Many thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice about obtaining a spouse visa to stay in Thailand while visiting their wife, who is working there. A respondent suggested applying for a single entry 90-day Non-Immigrant type O visa, which allows for staying with a foreign spouse who is legally employed in Thailand. Necessary documents include the wife's passport, visa, work permit, employment contract, and marriage certificate. They also advised contacting the embassy for the visa application process, or alternatively starting with a tourist visa to begin the residency process inside Thailand.

I'd say get the single entry 90 day Non-Immigrant type O visa based on staying with a foreign spouse who legally works in thailand.

Your wife will need to provide copies of her passport, visa, extension, work permit, employment contract along with the marriage certificate,

BUT

if you can get that visa before you wing your way here you will be way ahead of the game when you go to get the extension to stay based on marriage to a foreigner legally working here

Contact your embassy and see if you can get that visa and what the requirements are..

Worst case, get at least a single entry tourist visa and come in on that, then begin the process inside the country.
