My housemaster / owner has not reported at the immigration since I moved here. And I am going to extend visa next week. Am I in trouble? What are the consequences for not reporting with in 24 hours at immigration.

Please note: my visa is NON B (one year extension) and will be extending again. And immigration I will be going to is Nakhon Pathom Immigration.

Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is concerned about the consequences of their housemaster not reporting to immigration within 24 hours after moving in, especially since they are preparing to extend their NON-B visa. Commenters suggest that for employment extensions, the TM30 form may not be necessary for the tenant, and offer ways to handle the situation, including obtaining a lease contract or house registration documents to report TM30 themselves. They also mention a potential fine of 2000 baht for the non-reporting.

If the landlord/landlady doesn't go immigration to report TM30, you can do 1 year lease contract or she/he give copy of house registration(tabien baan) with copy of owner ID card to you , and then with those documents you can go immigration and apply TM30 by yourself but as far as i know , you will be fined 2000 baht for non-reporting within 24 hours, which i have been fined that amount once

If it's an extension for emplyment, usually you don't need TM30 of your own address. Ask your employer.
