Advice is needed please. I am worried so much because I never reported TM 28 since I am in Thailand. Last time I entered Thailand on 26th December. Shall I go to immigration and do it now ? Any penalties? Really worried about that :((((

Forgot to mention my landlord submitted TM30 to immigration.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user expressed concern about not reporting TM 28 since entering Thailand on December 26, while noting that their landlord submitted TM30. The comments suggest that if the landlord has completed the TM30, the user may not need to worry about TM 28. It is advised for the user to obtain proof of the TM30 submission and clarify that the TM 28 form is not commonly used anymore.

TM 28?! I don't think a lot of immigration offices are using that form anymore, and if they are, it's for people who live in Thailand and are moving. The TM30 that already been submitted is just fine.

Sorry, I mis-read your post IF your landlord already filed a TM30 when you arrived (which he has to do EVERY time you come back into the country) you are fine. Just get the receipt of him having done it, AND if he did it online have him go in and access your data and take a screen grab of it to show it was done. That's all you need

I think it depends on your type accommodation as it is the owner’s responsibility. A hotel will do the TM30 for you. If you are at a friends house then they are the ones who need to report you. If you are on your own then it is up to you.
