that is exactly what i was talking with this agent and my maid... i better prepare documents for her to do TM30 now. Anyway both of us (my maid n I) have to pay fine so better clear sooner than later. Thank you for your advice.
BKK. I will go to immigration for myself tomorrow so checking necessary documents for foreigner with thai husband.. then realized i might have to prepare documents for my maid too!! 😫
