Yes, the announcement refers to “travellers from [certain countries]”. That’s my question. Is that “from” physical (actually leaving Africa) or related to nationality (you hold a passport from an African country). I’ve reviewed this site and all announcements that I can find and I don’t think it’s clear. I’m grateful for your help, but I still think it’s unclear 🙏

I had understood that text pre-dated the new African restrictions. The equivalent eligibility text for Samui Sandbox, for example, is “travellers from any country” which is obviously no longer correct given the African restrictions. Thoughts?

married couples ARE allowed to quarantine together in the same room in ASQ. Most hotels offer a reduced rate for the second person. My wife and I just did it.
