hello, what should I do, I contacted the embassy but didn't hear back anything so far only when I visited the embassy they told ne they can't do anything with it as it already in the system

embassy said they cannot change as it was already in their system and didn't reply to my email furthermore.

I didn’t know at first because I thought last name is surname and it was correct under it. But when I left from the embassy and saw other visas online and they got the correct full name unlike me and it raised my eyes brow, why I don’t have the full name
