I sent all documents to Chicago Embassy (no online option through that embassy) - everything was returned after 7 days with instructions to apply online through Washington DC Embassy (that was last Wednesday). I did that and then mailed everything on May 20. Did not realize I needed a barcode (appt confirmation) mailed too - received a voicemail on Monday telling me to email it and that I needed health insurance coverage. I had already purchased a policy thru AXA and sent the information to them with my original docs. Emailed more information about the policy and barcode Monday

. I have emailed and messaged through facebook trying to find out if the health ins docs I sent are what they needed but I am not getting responses. No way to speak to anyone by phone. My online app still says "post passport and e-appointment" rather than processing. Getting worried.
