This has happened to me in the past. I did not know until the day of departure. They just pulled me into the office and corrected the mistake. If you have the relevant visa to allow you sixty days you shouldn’t have a problem. It is the fault of the immigration officer that stamped your passport on arrival. But after that I always checked they had stamped the right date.
