You need a Permit to stay (TR 60 days enough) and a proof of Residence (rental contract enough) from Immigration.

I did it with TR visa, but I also needed a proof of Residence from Immigration which can be obtained if You have a rental contract.

Normal is if still negative after first week You will get 1 h daily access to pool area, but no swimming.

Yes. I only had to show visa and an adress (rental contract) at Immigration, then I got a paper I brought to the bank.
