What should I do if my DTV visa application is being rejected due to document upload issues in Ho Chi Minh City?

I had to do this in KL. Take photos of every single page, combine into one PDF (using online PDF combiner) then compress the PDF to be less than 3MB (using online PDF compressor). That’s what they want. Their system won’t allow you to upload multiple files.
