If I have a good credit score in the West I get offers on all sorts of deals. If I don't have a good credit score I don't get offered deals. It's a way to know you are wealthy or smart enough to offered more than other people in your society. China is certainly not as repressive as Europe or the USA, but the propaganda from the West will always tell you China, Iran, Russia and North Korea are bad, those countries are the economic and military threat to the USA. Even though they don't threaten the USA, only with good cheaper products that the West can't produce cheap enough.

I'm not choosing, I see less places needing to use cash. Same in the UK. If the system was down cash is a back up. Don't be scared, it's just the future.

no it's the same thing. If you have a bad credit score in the West you can't buy a house, car or a TV. It determines your social status in Western capitalist states.

how can you transfer cash internationally or pay online with cash these days? Even when I buy stuff from street vendors or at the market it's all done on QR code. Very simple. Nothing controlling or repressive about it.

Chinese are very free and have a very good cashless system. Not so much in Europe or the USA these days. All the free countries are flocking to ally with China and BRICS, even Thailand is joining in a few years. How come you don't know this?

Well the West controls your bank account anyway now with 5 eyes. Look at Canada blocking all bank accounts of truck drivers they didn't like protesting. Even in the UK political leaders are having their bank accounts closed and blocked. You have no choice in the West, you just comply now. It's way more repressive than China or anywhere else in the world.n You seem to love being repressed and controlled. I bet you think China is your enemy too, and Russia, and North Korea and Iran 🤣
