Every year since getting the Retirement Visa, I submit the appropriate paper work, a letter from my bank, copies of my bank book showing that I have a minimum of Baht 800,000 in my account for at least 3 months before extension request. I never had to leave Thailand and come back in order to submit for an extension?

Every time after I input the information on the first screen and then hit enter, I immediately get a block on the screen which says " For further information regarding The 90-day Notification Report Service, please contact the Immigration Branch Office in your residence area."
