Should I apply for a Certificate of Entry (COE) or wait for the Thailand Pass to be available?

Leonardo, we are arriving on the 1st November in Phuket We opted to use the existing application, it took several days to get the COE which is a multiple step process and has intermediary approvals.

It's a personal decision, but my prior experience would be to err on the conservative side. Also travelling from US using the LA consulate.
