i do know that. I was referring to the initial $800,000 baht is deposited by the agent not me. After im issued the visa the agency will remove the 800,000 baht and then its up to me to have the 800,000 in the bank 2 months prior to the one year extension. I do know all this. I just was wandering if i should see the agent first thing or look for a place to live.

i want to pay the agent. They get your bank account and deposit the $800,000 baht in the bank and get your visa same day. Then they take the $800,000 out and i replace the $800,000 before my one year extension. This is way better than applying before i go
