PS, My Son was born in Vietnam but has a US Birth Certificate.

We were married in Vietnam 13 years ago but my Son is US citizen but he and my Wife hold dual citizenships with Vietnam and USA. We were going to use all 3 US Passports for our visas. Do they have to apply from here in the US, Thailand or Vietnam please?

Would like to stay in Thailand as long as possible, years, with visited to local other countries and coming back to our home once a year, maybe. My Son certainly can be schooled in Thai.

We are all US Citizens. Wife is Vietnamese and Son is American/Vietnamese mix. Both with Dual Passports.

I apologize as I didn't understand your question. I can qualify for Retirement Visa with either required monthly income and or 800,000 Baht value amount in US or Thai Bank. Just looking for the longest stay Visas for me and my family with least amount of interruption. Didn't see the amount in the 10 year Visa until it was mentioned on this site and I don't want that option. Thanks again.

My Wife and Son have dual citizenship in US and Vietnam if that makes any difference. We are all in US right now.
