If you are looking for the cheapest possible coverage to satisfy the COE requirements, I recommend April with maximum excess. That’s how I did it last year.

yes , I was just wondering how she got into the country then? I am getting work permit also and trying to work out how you fly there, given no commercial flights

quarantine on arrival is academic. It’s impossible to get a covid19 test in most countries unless you are genuinely sick and displaying symptoms. Even then it often takes 48-72 hours to get a result. As Long as they maintain this requirement might as well keep the border closed.
