Good to know. I've been unsuccessful online unfortunately. (Even the second time). (A hotel filed a TM30 in my name so the one on file did not match) But going there in person was very, very quick.
This almost mirrors my experience. They were not ready for me when I came back on the return date, but it was processed the next day. About 2 hours to wait but they just suggested I go get a coffee and relax, which I did. This happened to many that week. I'm not exactly sure of the reason.
